Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • ¾ lb. cooked squid tentacles, cut into ¼ inch rings
  • 1 lb. fresh oysters, shucked and juice reserved
  • 1 lb. fresh clams, shucked and juice reserved
  • 1-2 serrano chiles
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup of your favorite Clamato®
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Avocado chunks or slices and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the shrimp, squid, oysters, clams, chiles, onion, cilantro, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients with the reserved oyster and clam juices.
  • Pour over ingredients in the bowl.
  • Spoon into tall cocktail glasses, garnish with chunks or slices of avocado. Add lime wedges.
