Shrimp Michelada

It's so beautiful to look at. It's so delicious to drink.

Ingredients

  • 6 cooked, peeled shrimp
  • ½ cup Clamato® Picante
  • 2 limes, plus extra for glass rim
  • ¼ cup orange juice (per mug)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (per mug)
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 serrano chile, sliced
  • 1 lager beer
  • Tajín® for dusting glass rims and shrimp
  • Ice

Instructions

  • DRINK
  • Run lime across rim of mug.
  • Dip mug in Tajín to coat evenly.
  • Add ice.
  • Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and orange juice.
  • Fill with Clamato and beer.
  • Garnish with serrano chile wheels.
  • SHRIMP
  • Lightly char/grill shrimp with salt, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Place 2-3 shrimp per skewer.
  • Add a lime wedge on skewer as well.
  • Place skewer in drink.
