  • 1 can (12 oz.) StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
  • ½ cup Clamato® Picante
  • 1 cup canned corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 6 soft corn tortillas
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 6 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: Salsa, chopped lettuce, cilantro, lime juice


  • Combine tuna, Clamato, corn, red pepper, green onion, chili powder, and cumin in microwavable bowl.
  • Cook on high 2 minutes.
  • Spray tortillas with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Divide corn-tuna mixture among tortillas.
  • Carefully place over well-oiled grill or nonstick grill pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Grill over medium heat, about 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with salsa, chopped lettuce, cilantro, and lime juice.


Look for prebaked, crispy tostada shells, and microwave the tostada for 30 to 45 seconds to melt the cheese instead of grilling.
