Grilling Marinade

A burger without tomato? Sacrilege.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Clamato® Picante
  • 1 cup Clamato® Original
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ bunch basil, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Use as a marinade for hamburgers, steaks, pork chops, or ribs.
  • Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.

Servings: 2½ cups

Takes 5 minutes.
