StarKist® Tuna and Clamato® Tostadas


It’s crunch time, and you need a fast, easy, and mouthwatering dish to prepare. Well, here’s Clamato® and StarKist® to save the day.

Clamato Picante


1 can (12 oz.) StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained

½ cup Clamato Picante

1 cup canned corn, drained

1 cup diced red bell peppers

¼ cup sliced green onions

2 teaspoons chili powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

6 soft corn tortillas

6 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: Salsa, chopped lettuce, cilantro, lime juice


Combine tuna, Clamato, corn, red peppers, onion, chili powder, and cumin in a microwavable bowl. Cook on high 2 minutes. Spray tortillas with nonstick cooking spray. Divide corn-tuna mixture among tortillas.

Carefully place over well-oiled grill or nonstick grill pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Grill over medium heat, about 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with salsa, chopped lettuce, cilantro, and lime juice, if desired.

Tip: Look for prebaked, crispy tostada shells, and microwave the tostada for 30 to 45 seconds to melt the cheese instead of grilling.
